Institute for Professional Learning has been created to offer Pre-service, In-service and Certification e on Teacher and Leadership Education through graduate and post graduate degrees, certificate programs and diplomas, both within and outside the country.
Pre-service Education of Teachers & Leaders offered by IPL:
1. B.A/B.Ed and B.Sc/B.Ed degree
2. BS Ed (four years degree) recommended by the HEC in 2006
The core program will be followed by post graduate and research degrees in

6. PhD (3-5 years)
A comprehensive up grading of the IPL shall take place over a period of ten years. A sound foundation will be ensured in quality assurance, research and professional practice.
This has been amply demonstrated in the programs already undertaken by Idara-i-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) where high standards have been pursued in education through sector wide approaches. ITA is IPL's parent institution, certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy PCP-R1/2009/0102 September 2009 & PCP-2006/0102 awarded on 16 September 2006 and is tax exempt: I&E/84/236 dated 21 October, 2006.

1. International Certificate Courses (4 -12 weeks) at the Plymouth State University (PSU) Summer Institute with in-country component, in collaboration with US State Department Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs (ECA). 2004 - 2012.

4. Online Certificate Courses, in collaboration with INTEL/iEARN/AKU-IED/PSU.

IPL will be a facilitating organization for the education and development sector of Pakistan for research and training services in core aspects of education. In addition, it will offer services pertaining to student placement and visa acquisition, design and management of conferences, seminars and workshops at national and international levels.
