Leaders are the Builders of our nations. In case of educational institutions the quality Leadership is; the Leaders are the agents of change: The investment in professional development of Institutions’ Leaders is therefore the right investment for the formation of human capital and definitely the most accurate investment in future Based Training.

According to PEF, "SLDP" may be termed as "selection of a venue for conducting training, and inviting the Principals and Vice Principals of 10 private schools falling in close proximity (walking/transportable distance), thus making a group of 16-20 participants having similar training needs, though diversified educational background".

 In this regard Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) in collaboration with Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is promoting the Public Private Partnership (PPP) with Non Elite Private Schools in the field of education, in order to shine-up the quality education for our new generation.

Rationale and Objectives of SLDP are to:

• Create a vision for quality education as a basis for leadership.

• Create a richer learning environment.

• Understand the distinctive yet complementary dimensions of leadership and management Knowing the Child better in terms of conceptual understanding of multiple intelligence

• Introduce newer educational methods.

• Enable them for effective implementation of school improvement tools.

• Prioritizing various stakeholders in the school and positive community participation.

• Number of teachers have been trained in trainings = 501
